Payment, Cancellation, & Rescheduling Policy

All reservations require full payment at the time of booking. Regular events require a 5-day cancellation notice in order to receive a full or partial refund. 5 days’ notice is also required for rescheduling regular events.

Private events require a 21-day cancellation notice in order to receive a full or partial refund. 21 days’ notice is also required for rescheduling private events.
NO REFUNDS for NO-SHOWS in your group.

Participants should arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled time to allow for check-in and maximum throwing time.
Late arrivals will NOT be granted additional time from the reserved time.
