Rescheduling Policy

Payment, Cancellation, & Rescheduling Policy

All reservations require full payment at the time of booking. Regular events require a 5 day cancellation notice in order to receive a full or partial refund. 5 days notice is also required for rescheduling regular events.

Private events require a 21 day cancellation notice in order to receive a full or partial refund. 21 days notice is also required for rescheduling private events.
NO REFUNDS for NO-SHOWS in your group.

Participants should arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled time to allow for check in and maximum throwing time.
Late arrivals will NOT be granted additional time from the reserved time.
